Upgrading system on 23th Oct, 2020

In order to improve the service quality and bring more convenience to serve value customer, Eximbank announces that: “Eximbank will upgrade system from 11:00 pm to 11:45 pm on 23th Oct, 2020 (Vietnam time)”.

During the upgrade period, all services related will stop about 5 minutes. Affected scope includes:

- Internet Banking, Mobile Banking.

- Online Payment by Eximbank Dosmetic Card, MoMo payment, SamsungPay, ZaloPay.

- All Card transactions at Eximbank ATM.

After the upgrade period, the system will return to normal operation.
