Introduction
- VnTopup service at Eximbank is a service to deposit money into prepaid and postpaid mobile phone accounts via SMS from mobile phones sent to 8049, the amount is deducted directly from the customer's personal account at Eximbank.
- Utilities of VnTopup:
- Customers can top up mobile subscriptions for multiple people:
- Deposit money for yourself and/or
- Deposit money for others
- Customers can top up mobile subscriptions of telecommunications networks:
- Prepaid mobile subscription top-up: all telecommunications networks.
- Recharge postpaid mobile subscriptions: Viettel, Mobifone.
- Customers can top up their mobile phones through multiple channels:
- Send SMS to 8049. To use the mobile deposit service via SMS, customers need to register to use VnTopup, and activate successfully, before texting to recharge.
- In addition, customers can top up their mobile phones on Eximbank's Internet Banking or Mobile Banking, without registering for the service, just need Internet Banking or Mobile Banking from Eximbank.
