Offer gifts and bonuses to customers who issue new cards and use cards during the promotional period.

Phase 2: From September 1, 2011 to September 30, 2011

6. Subjects of promotion:
Eximbank-MasterCard credit card holders include: standard card, gold card and TeacherCard.

7. Prize structure:
7.1 Prize 1:
In each promotion period, 15 gifts of shopping vouchers at Parkson worth 1,000,000 VND/voucher are given to 15 Eximbank-MasterCard cardholders with the most sales during the promotion period.

7.2 Prize 2:
- 45 gifts (including 33 gifts of Parkson vouchers worth 300,000 VND/voucher and 12 gifts of 300,000 VND bonus/ticket) for 45 newly issued cardholders with the earliest transactions in 1st.
- 45 bonus parts of 300,000 VND/part for 45 new cardholders
and generate the earliest transaction in phase 2.

8. Content and detailed rules of the promotion program:
8.1  General trading regulations:
- Transactions eligible for this promotion are successful payment transactions for goods and services at card accepting units, transactions at ATMs, Eximbank transaction counters; Public bill payment transactions: electricity, water, telephone..., payment via the Internet; Cancellations are not included.
- Payment volume is calculated according to each card account. Transactions of the secondary cardholder and primary cardholder will be attributed to the primary cardholder. For example: Cardholder A issues 01 main card and 02 supplementary cards, the sales of cardholder A are calculated as the sales of the main cardholder plus the sales of 2 supplementary cardholders.

8.2 Regulations on how to determine winning prize 1:
- At the end of each promotion, Eximbank compiles a list of 15 cardholders with the highest cumulative sales of goods and services in that promotion to award prizes (in case there are many cardholders with accumulated sales). equal, the prize will be given priority to the cardholder who made the last transaction sooner).

8.3 Regulations on how to determine winning prize 2:

In phase 2, 45 new cardholders with the earliest transactions during the promotion period received a gift of 300,000 VND.

10. Other regulations:
- Parkson voucher prizes are not redeemable for cash, discounts, or discounts. Vouchers apply according to supplier's policies. Eximbank is not responsible for this voucher from the time Eximbank delivers the voucher to the customer.
- Prizes are awarded to the primary cardholder.
- The cardholder is responsible for keeping the necessary Purchase Invoices and Card Payment Invoices for presentation when requested by the Bank. The amount on the Purchase Invoice must match the Merchant's Card Payment Invoice.
- Eximbank will not give vouchers or bonuses if the cardholder stops using the card: (i) during each promotion period; or (ii) before the bonus payment period of each promotion period.
- Eximbank is the final decision maker in approving valid transactions and implementing reward procedures.
- Eximbank is exempted from responsibility for force majeure events occurring during the program such as: fire, explosion, flood, earthquake... causing the cardholder's transactions to be incorrect, unexecutable or not transmitted to the banking system.
- Eximbank has the right to change and adjust the terms and conditions of the program accordingly and Eximbank must announce it widely and publicly on the website.
- By participating in this program, the Cardholder accepts all terms and conditions of the program listed in these Program Rules and all terms in the Terms and Conditions of Use Eximbank - MasterCard card issued by Eximbank.
- The winning cardholder must bear travel and accommodation expenses related to receiving the prize (if receiving the prize at an Eximbank transaction point) and irregular income tax according to the provisions of law (if any).
- Eximbank has full rights to use the name and image of the winning cardholder for advertising purposes.
- Eximbank is responsible for the accuracy in issuing evidence to determine winning prizes in the promotion program. In case the proof of winning the prize issued by Eximbank has errors that cause misunderstandings for the cardholder about winning the prize, Eximbank is responsible for re-identifying the correct winning cardholder to award this prize to the cardholder.
