Eximbank constantly improves technology to bring customers better experiences, so Eximbank will upgrade its IT system, temporarily interrupting the following services during the upgrade period:

-  November 16, 2023 (Thursday) from 10:00 p.m. to 10:20 p.m. and November 17, 2023 (Friday) from 10:00 p.m. to 10:20 p.m.: Bill payment transactions.
-  November 16, 2023 (Thursday) from 11:00 p.m. to 11:20 p.m. and November 17, 2023 (Friday) from 11:00 p.m. to 11:20 p.m.: Napas quick transfer transaction on ACH channel and International card online payment transaction.
-  November 16, 2023 (Thursday) from 11:20 p.m. to 11:50 p.m. and November 17, 2023 (Friday) from 11:20 p.m. to 11:50 p.m.: Payment transactions and transfers within and outside the EDigi system.

Apart from the above service interruptions, the system still operates normally.
Eximbank has tried to consider how to have the least impact on customers' transactions. We hope that customers will sympathize with any inconvenience regarding transactions during the above upgrade period.
