Eximbank constantly improves technology to bring customers better experiences, so Eximbank will upgrade its IT system, temporarily interrupting the following services during the upgrade period:

-          November 13, 2023 (Monday): 9:00 p.m.–9:05 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.–9:35 p.m.: ATM fingerprint transaction

-          November 13, 2023 (Monday): 22:00-22:05 and 22:30-22:35: SMS OTP

-          November 13, 2023 (Monday): 11:00 p.m.–11:05 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.–11:35 p.m.: Internal/fast transfer transactions

Apart from the above service interruptions, the system still operates normally.

Eximbank has tried to consider how to have the least impact on customers' transactions. We hope that customers will sympathize with any inconvenience regarding transactions during the above upgrade period.
