Notification Regarding reopening the password reissuance function

Regulations on reissuing login passwords
For Internet Banking and Mobile Banking services (old version): In case the customer logs in with the wrong password less than 05 times, the customer can use the "Reissue password" function on the Internet Banking application website. /Mobile Banking application to have your password reset. In case the customer logs in with the wrong password more than the prescribed number of times (05 times), the customer's EBanking service will be locked, the customer must make a request to unlock/reissue the password at the branches/transaction offices of the Bank. Eximbank.
For Mobile Banking service (2017 version): In case you enter the wrong login password 5 times or you forget your login password, please contact directly with the branches/transaction offices of Eximbank for support
