First of all, Eximbank would like to send you our honorable greetings and health wishes and thank you for your continued use of our banking services so far.

           As an effort in bringing about completely new experience of e-banking services and meeting customers’ need for quick and secured transactions, Eximbank will, from 24/11/2020 onwards, launch new Online Banking service for individual customers, specifically:

1. User-friendly interface:

Adaptive user interface across screen sizes

Products, services and utilities are vividly designed for better customer experience, easier identification and operation through the logos and service images of Eximbank’s partners, including non-Eximbank banks and utility companies such as electricity, water, and telephone, etc.

The interface enables quick access to such features as money transfer, payments, savings deposit opening, etc. so that customers can reduce the steps in making transactions.

2. Additional state-of-the-art features that comes with our Online Banking services:

Smart Personal Financial Management: Besides viewing account balance feature on the previous version, the new Online Banking system now provides smart personal financial management via interactive cash flow visualization which enables you to easily manage your total remaining balance across different accounts such as checking and saving accounts so that you can make decisions on opening saving accounts with better interests rates and higher profit.

Account management and transfer template: you can easily create and manage your favorite recipients within new Online Banking platform with customized name in order to quickly identify and select the right recipients at the money transfer screen. In addition to marking your favorite recipients, the platform would also automatically sort the beneficiaries list in an convenient way.

Automated transaction processing: this new feature will enable you to easily track every steps within the transaction so that you can identify appropriate actions and retrieve accurate information regarding transfer amount, from account, recipients information, etc.

Personalized frequently used features: Products, services and utilities are grouped intuitively on the top Menu that includes: Account Management, Money Transfer, Payment, Online Deposite, Card Management, etc. Additionally, we also give you the option to customize and organize your own user interface with only a few clicks using our Fast Access feature under Settings on the menu.
