Regarding the SMS Alert service fee collection mechanism for international cards
Dear Customers,
Vietnam Import-Export Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank) sincerely thanks you for your interest and support of Eximbank card services over the past time.
Eximbank respectfully informs customers about the SMS Alert automatic balance notification service fee mechanism applicable to international cards issued by Eximbank, as follows:
Since April 20, 2016, Eximbank applies quarterly SMS Alert service fees, periodically collecting fees every 3 months (instead of monthly fees as currently).
Applicable fee: 26,400 VND/quarter/01 card/01 phone subscription number (equivalent to 8,800 VND/month – including VAT)
