TENDER NOTICE
Vietnam Import-Export Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank) is preparing to organize bidding according to the Law on Bidding and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of laws related to investment in basic construction of bidding packages: "Construction and Technical system" under project: "Eximbank headquarters, An Giang branch", address: My Long Ward, City. Long Xuyen, An Giang province. Eximbank would like to invite contractors to participate in bidding for the above package.
Contractors will be able to purchase a set of bidding documents (HSMT) for 500,000 VND (Five hundred thousand VND) and receive the documents at:

Bidding documents selling time is from 09:00 May 7, 2014 to 14:00 May 19, 2014 (during office hours).
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security worth 40,000,000 VND (Forty million VND) in cash or a letter of guarantee from the Bank and must be sent to: Project Department - Eximbank at the latest. is 14:00 on May 19, 2014.
Bids will be publicly opened at 2:30 p.m. on May 19, 2014 at: Project Department - Vietnam Import-Export Commercial Joint Stock Bank - 6th Floor, No. 24B Truong Dinh, District 3, City. Ho Chi Minh.
