About upgrading International Card system on 20th Sep 2020 

Dear Customer,

In order to improve the service quality and bring more convenience to serve value customer, Eximbank announces that: “Bank will upgrade International Card system from 11:00 p.m to 11:45 p.m (45 minutes) on 20th Sep 2020 (Vietnam time)”. During the upgrade period, all services related to International Card will be temporarily closed. Affected Scope:

- All transactions of Eximbank’s International Card.

- The transaction of International Card in Eximbank's POS.

After the upgrade period, the system will return to normal operation.
