Eximbank improves the process of reactivating the Eximbank Smart OTP service.

Eximbank respectfully informs customers that Eximbank has improved the process of reactivating the Eximbank Smart OTP service as follows:
When customers reactivate the Eximbank Smart OTP application on Online Banking or Mobile Banking from the 2nd time onwards, customers only need to do:
• For Smart OTP Out App authentication:
• Step 1: Customers deactivate Smart OTP by logging in to Online Banking and using SMS OTP to confirm deactivation.
• Step 2: Customers reactivate Smart OTP by logging in Online Banking and using SMS OTP to confirm activation.
• For Smart OTP In App authentication:
• Customers reactivate Smart OTP by logging in to Mobile Banking and using SMS OTP to confirm activation.
