According to Eximbank's term savings deposit regulations, term deposit and savings accounts must maintain a minimum balance of 100,000 VND for VND accounts (or 50 USD for USD accounts).
For savings deposit accounts with balances lower than the minimum prescribed balance above, upon the settlement deadline, they will not be automatically renewed, customers must settle and reopen a new account, ensuring Maintain proper minimum balance regulations.
Eximbank respectfully informs customers whose term deposit and savings accounts are not eligible for automatic renewal to Eximbank transaction points for settlement to ensure benefits when depositing savings.
