In order to reduce online transaction time and increase convenience for customers, from February 22, 2019, Eximbank will shorten the number of characters in SMS authentication messages from 8 to 6 characters.
This improvement applies to all online transactions of Eximbank including Internet Banking and Mobile Banking.
Particularly for customers using Eximbank's Mobile Banking, please install the upgraded version of the application to authenticate transactions.
