Pursuant to Decision No. 798/QD-BTTTT dated May 25, 2018 of the Ministry of Information and Communications on Promulgating the network code conversion plan, which mentions the main content of 11-digit mobile subscribers will convert to 10 numbers.
Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 5475/NHNN-TT dated July 20, 2018 of the State Bank on "Converting 11-digit mobile subscriptions to 10-digits".
To avoid affecting the use of current services, Eximbank would like to respectfully inform that from September 15, 2018, please go directly to the nearest Eximbank Branch/Transaction Office of Eximbank (or at Internet Banking/Mobile Banking channel for card services) to update and change phone number information.
