She has over 30 years of experience in banking, marketing, digital transformation, and customer experience. Throughout her career, she has held senior executive positions at HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Johnson & Johnson, and Fidelity International (FIL Asia Holdings), leading global customer strategy, digital banking, payments, marketing, and digital transformation initiatives. She currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of EQT AB and a Non-Executive Board Member of MMA Global Asia Pacific.
