He has over 35 years of experience in financial services, technology, and digital transformation, having held senior executive positions at leading global financial institutions, including Citigroup, PNC Financial Services, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Barclays, and Banco Santander. He is currently the Co-Founder of CaptureNow, an Industry Research Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and serves as a Research Partner and Advisor in financial technology, risk management, and corporate governance.
