He has nearly 40 years of experience in banking, treasury, asset and liability management, and human resources management. He has held senior leadership positions, including Group Chief Human Resources Officer and Global Head of Asset & Liability Management at OCBC Bank, Board Chair at Institute of Human Resources Professionals (IHRP) - Singapore, Board Member at OCBC Property Service Ltd, as well as other management roles at Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, KBC Bank and Volvo Group Treasury Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia.
