I. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE:

1. Introduction:

SMS Banking domestic card opening/locking service: Is a phone banking service for domestic cardholders, providing convenience via SMS to help customers conveniently close or open domestic cards when needed. needs without going to Eximbank's transaction points

Note:

• If you need to use this service abroad (or register for the service with a foreign subscription number), customers need to contact the Telecommunications Service Companies that manage their mobile subscription numbers to register. Sign up for international roaming service (roaming) and pay roaming service fees according to the regulations of these companies.
• The message structure and card opening/locking service fees via SMS Banking prescribed by Eximbank are generally applied to all domestic and foreign subscribers.
• 01 card number/ 1 phone number (additional cards are not allowed to register). Customers can register the same phone number for many different card numbers.

2. Service fee:

Note: Fee schedule may change according to Eximbank's regulations from time to time; Other costs incurred such as international roaming fees and message fees for proactive customer inquiries will be paid according to the agreement between the Telecommunications Service Company and the customer.

II. REGISTER FOR USE:

Customers register at transaction points in the Eximbank system.

Registration procedure

Bring your ID card when registering.

Fill out and sign to confirm the SMS Banking service registration/adjustment form (for individual customers).

III. SYNTAX FOR QUERYING SMS – BANKING SERVICES:

Customers send and receive messages via number 8149 (The fee for messages sent via this number is 1,000 VND/message).

Note: After the card is locked by SMS:

• Transactions that cannot be performed include card transactions:
• Transactions at ATM, POS (except transactions: view balance, view statement, change PIN);
• Online payment;
• Interbank transfer via Internet Banking

Transactions performed: include account transactions (payment, transfer via Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, SMS Banking; over-the-counter withdrawal transactions; account credit transactions; interest-earning transactions fees from account).
