From May 4, 2011, deploy SMS Alert service for Eximbank international cards.

I. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE:
1.Introduction:

International card SMS Alert service is a phone banking service for international cardholders, providing utilities via SMS, including:

Notice of international card transactions:

• This is a service provided to help customers manage transactions arising on the card such as:
• Payment transactions at card accepting units, via the Internet; or
• Cash withdrawal transactions at ATMs and bank transaction points; or
• Transaction of payment to card.
• (Excluding interest, fees, cancellation/refund transactions and unsuccessful transactions,...).
• Eximbank will send transaction notification messages to customers via the registered subscription number.
• Customers can sign up to receive text messages for all transactions that occur or according to the number of times or amount of transactions that occur during the day.
• Number of registered subscribers: maximum 03 subscription numbers/ 01 card.

International card balance inquiry:

• Is a service to query information about the card's current balance (remaining limit).
• Customers send SMS messages according to the prescribed syntax and receive a response message from Eximbank about the card balance.
• Number of registered subscribers: 01 subscription number/ 01 card.

Open/lock international card:

• This is a service that automatically opens or locks the card upon customer request via SMS. Card opening messages are only applied in cases where the customer has locked the card with a previous message.
• Customers send messages according to the prescribed syntax and receive a response message from Eximbank regarding the implementation of the requested information.
• Number of registered subscribers: 01 subscription number/ 01 card.

Note:

If you need to use this service abroad (or register for the service with a foreign subscription number), customers need to contact the Telecommunications Service Companies that manage their mobile subscription numbers to register. Sign up for international roaming service (roaming) and pay roaming service fees according to the regulations of these companies.

The message structure and SMS Alert service fees prescribed by Eximbank are applicable to all domestic and foreign subscribers.

In case of having a supplementary card, customers need to register corresponding information for each primary and secondary card number (if required).

2. Service fee:

The above fee schedule includes fee items related to the SMS Alert service provided by Eximbank and is changed according to Eximbank's regulations from time to time; Other costs incurred such as international roaming fees, customer-initiated message fees (for balance inquiry service and international card opening/locking) will be paid according to agreement. between Telecommunications Service Company and customers.

Service fees are collected by automatically deducting from the card account and are shown on the customer's monthly transaction list.

Service fees collected are non-refundable even if you request to cancel the service.

II. REGISTER TO USE SMS ALERT:

Customers can register to use the service:

• Fill in and sign to confirm the Electronic Banking Service Registration Form (for individual customers

Conditions: International cardholders must register their phone number on the card issuance documents (not applicable to international prepaid cards).

Note: After sending SMS to register to use the service, the Eximbank system will automatically update the registration of all 3 utilities: notification of arising transactions; Query remaining limit and open/lock international card.
