Interbank money transfer service via card

1/ Service introduction:

Interbank money transfer via card is a service that allows Eximbank customers to:

Use a payment deposit account (VND or foreign currency) opened at Eximbank to transfer money to cards issued by other banks through Eximbank's Internet Banking or Mobile Banking channels.

Use domestic cards (V-TOP cards, anonymous prepaid cards, co-branded cards, etc.) issued by Eximbank to receive money transferred from other banks.

2/ Service characteristics:

Money transfer limits depend on the regulations of the remitting bank.

For anonymous domestic prepaid cards: Receive money multiple times and maximum account balance of 5 million.

3/ Conditions of service use:

To transfer money: customers register for Internet Banking or Mobile Banking services.

To receive money transferred: customers must have an Eximbank domestic card such as:

Eximbank V-TOP domestic debit card

All co-branded domestic card products are issued by Eximbank.

4/ Money transfer fee:

Fee for transferring money to cards of other banks, performed on Internet Banking, Mobile Banking of Eximbank: Free.

Tally fee (if any): Applicable in case of cash withdrawal or transfer within 2 working days from the date of depositing cash into the account.

7/ Note:

Beneficiary cards at other banks can be credit cards, debit cards or domestic or international prepaid cards depending on the policy of the bank issuing the beneficiary card.

Customers must enter the OTP password within 05 minutes after receiving the message. After this deadline, the OTP is no longer valid.
