ISSUANCE PROCEDURES
Customers can apply for card issuance online or at Eximbank banking units nationwide upon provision of the following papers and documents:
Application for issuance and agreement on use of international cards (as per form of the Bank)
In case of Vietnamese nationals : Copy of ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport; and Copy of permanent or temporary family residence book.
In case of foreigners : Copy of passport; and Copy of visa/temporary or permanent residence card or labor contract; and Confirmation of current residence
Evidences of employment and income: Copy of labor contract; and Original bank statement showing the salary received in the last 3 months
Others as may be required by the Bank if deemed necessary
