+ Forward between VND and foreign currencies: minimum term is 03 working days, maximum term is 365 days from deal date.
+ Forward between foreign and foreign currencies: term is based on negotiation between Eximbank and customer.

No fee required.
PROCEDURES
Swap contract is signed between Eximbank and customer.
Economic entities, other organizations to buy foreign currencies from Eximbank have to present documents fully providing information on the purpose, quantity and type of payment and term of settlement in accordance with current F/X control regulations.
