Non-collateral card owner: According to Eximbank ‘s current regulations, they are professors at universities, doctors, bank staff, businessman and other staff guaranteed by their companies, … with stable job and income.
Collateral card owner: Vietnamese, foreigner must have a stable job and income, collateral, deposit.

At Eximbank ‘ branches and sub-offices, required documents as follows:
International Credit Card issuance application form.
International Credit Card user agreement (2 Vietnamese originals and 2 English originals).
Passport, valid visa (for foreigner).
For collateral card owner: Must have deposit, collateral (savings book, gold deposit certificate, promissory note).
For non-collateral card owner: Labour contract or appointment letter, confirmation letter or guarantee letter from your company and other required documents (if any).
