1. Regulation on deposit: Customers may make multi-time deposits to their“Call 48-hour deposit” account on the day of deposit or maturity.

In case of savings: customers must maintain a minimum balance of VND100,000.

In case of individual deposit: no minimum balance required.

Deposit on Saturday is entitled to demand interest rate on the next Saturday, Sunday, off day or holiday (if any). Term shall be calculated from the next working day.
2. Regulations on deposit withdrawal: : a. If customers do not “Call” within 48 hours (i.e. customers do not come to Eximbank to register their deposit withdrawal):
- Eximbank will consider such deposit as 48-hour term deposit. After 48 hours, if customers do not make any withdrawal, such deposit will be renewed for the following 48-hour term.

Customers who withdraw prior to 48-hours since deposit time are not entitled to any interest. b. If customers “Call” within 48 hours (i.e. customers come to Eximbank to register their deposit withdrawal within such term):
- If customers withdraw their deposit exactly after 48 hours as previously registered, such deposit will be entitled to 48 hour-term interest rate.

If customers withdraw their deposit before 48 hours, as from registration time: they will not be entitled to interest calculated from deposit time or from the time of renewal to the time of withdrawal. c. In case customers wish to make partial withdrawal (partial “Call”):
- Withdrawal without registration: process as stated in point (a)

Withdrawal with registration: process as stated at point (b).
3.48-hour call deposit not subject to interest rate based on balance accumulation.
4. Interest rate per year is calculated on 360-day basis.
5. Interest rate adjustment: Interest rate of “Call 48-hour” deposit is applied consistently within Eximbank’s system as announced by the Head Office.
